- 10th May - Creative approaches to making small enamel panels / using screens and mixed methods - BSOE event at the Guild workshop, Shrewsbury
- May- 3 sessions covering basic techniques. Manchester College - BTEC Students. Working in tandem with Jeweller Rowena Galton.
- 17th / 20th April - Application of precious leaf & foils workshop - Guild of Enamellers Conference, York.

2009 BSOE AWARD - For study/training in the production of Large scale panels.
In September I will be training at the Large Scale Panel workshop held at A J WELLS.
This jointly organised British Society of Enamellers & Enamel Guild Workshop will be a fabulous opportunity for me to extend my skills and work on a larger scale, with a view to working on public/private artwork commissions.

Attended One Day Workshop with BSOE @ UWE Bristol - JUNE - The day included a tour of facilities and demonstration in printmaking, specifically the production of enamel water slide transfers, and the 3d printmaking resources. Additionally the large scale kiln was on show and in opperation. A bonus to the day was a viewing of the stunning display of Illustration and MA degree shows.
PRINTMAKING @ THE BLUECOAT 2008 - 2009 ongoing > As a process of self development I am attending courses in printmaking and hiring the excellent print facilities at the Bluecoat in Liverpool. Courses attended include:
- Introduction to Non Toxic Etching - with tutor Tracy Hill
- Intermediate Course in Photo Etching with "Image on" - with tutor Tracy Hill
- Introduction to Gum Arabic Transfer - with tutor Justin Sanders
- Four Colour Seperation Technique with Gum Arabic - with tutor Justin Sanders
- Introduction to Wood Engraving with Anne Desmet
